Client Success Leader (ISV)

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships within the ISV vertical, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences, as well as revenue and profit performance across an account or portfolio of accounts.

You will collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, drive client success by leveraging all SoftServe services and offerings, and identify new business opportunities. This role involves overseeing an account or portfolio of accounts, developing account development plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client objectives and SoftServe’s goals.

This is a US-based role (WA: Seattle; CA: Southern Los Angeles/San Diego; TX: Austin/Dallas; IL: Chicago; GA: Atlanta/Alpharetta; MD: Maryland, Fulton) with an anticipated base salary range of $180,000.00 – $230,000.00 annually, plus variable compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive client development and growth for their specific client (or) group of clients
  • Develop, execute, and monitor account strategies and account development plans by partnering with clients on long-term strategic objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business expansion across existing accounts
  • Work with the team to maximize profitability within client accounts and identify new opportunities for business expansion
  • Develop new engagement strategies and models to expand business with the client
  • Establish relations with SoftServe external partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and others) and build joint account development plans
  • Contribute to the GTM strategy of the segment and the company strategy (like GDX, etc.)
  • Engage with CxOs and line-of-business leadership of their clients and understand their strategic objectives and critical priorities
  • Establish a strategic relationship heatmap and comprehensive profile of client organization decision-makers, and regularly engage to gain visibility and audience 'up' and 'across' the client organization
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by addressing and resolving client issues promptly and effectively, while gathering and acting on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery
  • Manage client-level P&L, including revenue and profitability
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve financial targets in partnership with the Delivery and Finance organizations
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing account teams by mentoring and coaching team members, while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Leadership experience of 5+ years in the IT industry, including P&L management
  • Client-facing leadership experience of 3+ years in software or related industries
  • Record of using engaging presentation and written communication skills with senior clients
  • Record of developing strategies for client growth and account development plans
  • Solid experience in formulating objectives and priorities, and implementing plans consistent with SoftServe’s long-term interests in a global environment
  • Demonstrated ability to capitalize on opportunities and manage risks effectively
  • Proven capability in developing long-term relationships and professional networks both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to persuade stakeholders on the merits of ideas and proposals
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of setting challenging goals and consistently meeting or exceeding them
  • Strong people management experience with a focus on team growth and development
  • Business-driven professional mindset with strong commercial orientation
  • Education: master’s degree in information technology, Management, Business, or a related field

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $180,000.00 – $230,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
