ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to clients, leading outcomes for large, complex, and high-growth accounts. You will drive portfolio growth, ensure seamless integration of SoftServe services, and collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to deliver exceptional business results and long-term client success.

This is a US-based role (West Palm Beach, FL; 4-5 days at client site required) with an anticipated base salary range of $160,000–$180,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own client relationships for assigned accounts, serving as a trusted advisor, managing risks, improving satisfaction, and partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams
  • Align services to client goals, identify growth opportunities, shape account strategies, and drive pipeline continuity with sales, pre-sales, and delivery leaders
  • Oversee program and portfolio delivery to ensure quality, value, and contractual alignment while coordinating teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable priorities through clear communication and expectation management
  • Champion client needs internally, leading escalations, feedback management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and SoftServe teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared accountability
  • Drive account growth through deal pursuits, proposal support, and business development activities that strengthen long-term partnerships
  • Foster a client-centric culture by reinforcing quality standards, aligning teams on client requirements, and enabling consistent service excellence
  • Work onsite at client location 4-5 days a week

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing roles within the IT industry, focused on service delivery, stakeholder management, and client success
  • 2+ years of experience managing large, complex programs, portfolios, or strategic accounts with responsibility for delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of account planning, portfolio management, and business development practices that drive long-term client growth
  • Advanced experience with cross-functional delivery models, coordinating sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to achieve business objectives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a track record of managing complex challenges and driving results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills with proficiency in translating client needs into strategic opportunities and clearly conveying complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $160,000.00 – $180,000.00 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
