Business Development Partnership Operations Expert
201 W. 5th Street, Suite 1550, Austin, TX 78701 (Position based out of and reports to Austin TX office. May work from home 100% remotely and telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.)
Lead end-to-end partnership operations and program governance initiatives, overseeing acceptance, onboarding, compliance validation, and lifecycle management of strategic partner programs to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives and contractual obligations. Analyze and optimize partnership processes by identifying operational inefficiencies, developing structured process improvement initiatives, and implementing standardized governance frameworks to enhance scalability, compliance, and performance across programs. Evaluate partner program terms, contractual requirements, and compliance standards, including KYC and eligibility criteria, and negotiate partnership agreements and fee structures to ensure alignment with corporate risk policies and revenue objectives. Direct cross-functional coordination among Sales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance, and technical teams to operationalize new partner programs, ensuring proper integration into enterprise systems, certification frameworks, and go-to-market strategies. Oversee the administration and governance of partner funds and invoicing processes, including validation of program compliance requirements, monitoring payment workflows, reviewing documentation for eligibility, and implementing process controls to ensure financial accuracy and audit readiness. Design and deliver structured training programs related to new partner initiatives, certification requirements, and operational standards, ensuring internal stakeholders understand program obligations, technical requirements, and compliance benchmarks. Manage strategic partner performance tracking and reporting by developing analytical reports on partnership engagement, sales results versus partner targets, program achievements, and revenue contribution metrics to support executive decision-making and business planning. Administer enterprise partner relationship systems and governance tools, including deal registration processes, CRM data integrity, partner portals, and marketplace publishing workflows, ensuring compliance with partner policies and accurate reporting. Collaborate with partner representatives and internal leadership to execute strategic agreements, specialization and competency initiatives, marketplace governance requirements, and joint business planning activities. Conduct analytical reviews of new partnership opportunities and program structures, assessing operational feasibility, compliance implications, financial impact, and alignment with corporate strategy.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or a closely related field plus two (2) years of experience in a business development operations–related role performing each of the following: managing partnership programs, including sales process analysis, analytical reporting, stakeholder training, and business planning; leading complex process optimization initiatives to facilitate the achievement of business objectives; overseeing KYC management and compliance-related processes; administering and maintaining partner relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate data and operational efficiency.
Four (4) years of experience in a business development operations–related role performing each of the following: managing partnership programs, including sales process analysis, analytical reporting, stakeholder training, and business planning; leading complex process optimization initiatives to facilitate the achievement of business objectives; overseeing KYC management and compliance-related processes; administering and maintaining partner relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate data and operational efficiency.
