REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of practical experience as a Project/Program Manager
- Proven experience managing projects within FMCG or integration/product companies (mandatory), covering both implementation and BAU phases
- Hands-on background in managing fixed-price projects
- Strong theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
- Being a fast learner with high presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts
- Upper-Intermediate level of English to maintain communication with clients, teams
- Proficiency in estimating and justifying efforts in front of different stakeholders
Nice-to-have skills
- Understanding of the FMCG industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing projects of medium and high complexity (team activities, documentation, plans, reports, defining goals, tasks, etc.)
- Maintaining daily communication with the business and different departments
- Shaping and managing the business expectations
- Ensuring the project deliverables conform to the budget, scope, schedule, and quality during all phases of the SDLC: initiation, analysis and design, execution, monitoring and control, and completion
- Finding out milestones and solutions for the project’s growth
