REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience directly related to product and marketing management — managing multiple projects in various phases of ideation, execution, delivery, and long-term growth strategy development
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation for B2B products, including campaign performance analysis and optimization
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn advertising and SEO, with hands-on experience in planning, launching, and scaling marketing campaigns
  • Team management skills, including building a strong marketing team, effectively delegating tasks, setting priorities, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English level for daily communication with the team and partners
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Chartered marketing qualification with a strong understanding of long-term marketing strategy development, brand positioning, and business growth planning
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Self-confidence and a creative outlook
  • FMCG domain knowledge (nice to have)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing all marketing activities for the company and within the marketing department
  • Developing the company’s marketing strategy in line with business objectives
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
  • Creating and publishing marketing materials in line with marketing plans
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Managing and improving lead generation campaigns and measuring results
  • Being responsible for brand management and corporate identity
  • Preparing online and printed marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Creating a wide range of marketing materials
  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches
  • Maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are informed of marketing objectives
  • Analyzing potential strategic partnership opportunities for company marketing
