About the role
In this role, you will bring structure, alignment, and clarity to a fast-growing portfolio of AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives. You will work closely with client stakeholders, Architect, AI/Data Engineers, and delivery teams to shape priorities, define expected outcomes, and turn early ideas or prototypes into clear, actionable delivery plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple parallel AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives, bringing structure to scope, priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations
- Work with client stakeholders to clarify business goals, constraints, success criteria, and expected outcomes, ensuring alignment between business value and delivery plans
- Translate stakeholder needs into business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog items, and other BA artifacts needed for implementation
- Support prioritization and roadmap definition for initial initiatives
- Help the team sequence work based on value, dependencies, feasibility, and delivery capacity
- Collaborate closely with the Architect, AI/Data Engineers, Project Manager, and delivery team to ensure requirements are technically clear, realistic, and aligned with solution direction
- Facilitate discovery, refinement, and clarification sessions with business and technical stakeholders, document decisions, open questions, assumptions, and risks
- Proactively identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and ambiguities in requirements, and drive their resolution with the right stakeholders
- Help define deliverables, measurable success metrics, and acceptance approach for short-cycle initiatives, prototypes, MVPs, and production-ready improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex software development projects, preferably with ownership of discovery, requirements lifecycle, and stakeholder alignment
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and backlog management in Agile/Scrum environments
- Advanced ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, scope definitions, and delivery-ready requirements
- Practical experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, QAs, Project Managers, and client-side business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle, solution discovery, MVP definition, prioritization techniques, and requirements traceability
- Experience with AI-enabled, data-driven analytics, automation, or workflow optimization products would be a strong advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, BPMN/UML tools, or similar platforms used for requirements management and collaboration
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to bring clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions, document decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly
