Agentic AI Expert

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will act as a senior AI research and solution architecture leader within SoftServe’s Research AI Lab, bridging cutting-edge AI innovation with enterprise adoption. You will guide clients through agentic AI strategy, architecture, and implementation while contributing to research initiatives, pre-sales activities, and thought leadership across the AI ecosystem.

This is a US-based role with an anticipated base salary range of $150,000–$200,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted technical and strategic advisor during pre-sales engagements focused on agentic AI and enterprise AI transformation
  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, architecture design discussions, and executive-level presentations
  • Guide organizations through AI readiness assessments, agentic AI adoption, and orchestration strategy development
  • Design and prototype next-generation agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows
  • Bridge research, innovation, and delivery teams to ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives
  • Translate complex AI architectures and research concepts into clear business value and measurable outcomes
  • Lead the evaluation of emerging technologies, AI trends, and market opportunities to drive innovation
  • Develop technical prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and deep technology demonstrations to validate new approaches
  • Contribute to research initiatives from hypothesis development through experimentation, validation, and presentation
  • Publish thought leadership, participate in conferences, and help shape SoftServe’s agentic AI strategy and go-to-market direction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact AI opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in AI solution architecture, consulting, research, or pre-sales engagements
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems
  • Experience with multi-agent frameworks, orchestration platforms, workflow automation, and AI reasoning systems
  • Hands-on experience deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP using modern MLOps and LLMOps practices
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops, executive presentations, and strategic advisory engagements
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption strategies, enterprise transformation, and production AI architectures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
  • Experience developing prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and research-driven technology solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • AI, cloud, or machine learning certifications are a plus
