About the role
In this role, you will lead greenfield implementations and optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, configure, and integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, ensuring successful delivery and long-term business value.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver greenfield implementations of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements
- Design scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions, including pricing, discounting, asset management, and revenue recognition
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Management capabilities
- Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with ERP and finance systems, particularly SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, and related modules)
- Facilitate workshops, solution demonstrations, and end-user training sessions
- Support data migration, system testing, and go-live activities to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide post-implementation advisory and recommendations to optimize Salesforce Revenue Cloud adoption and business value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, including at least 2 years delivering full-cycle Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations (including greenfield projects)
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Recognition
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) business processes
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce Revenue Cloud with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist, Salesforce Administrator, and/or Salesforce Consultant
- Experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Knowledge of industry best practices for revenue operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams
