About the role
As a NetSuite Administrator, you will keep the ERP platform running smoothly and help teams make the most of its capabilities. Working closely with finance, IT, and business stakeholders, you will translate everyday needs into practical system improvements, simplify processes, and support reliable data and reporting. The role combines hands-on administration with problem-solving and ongoing collaboration across the business.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP environment
- Maintain documentation and ensure system stability and data integrity
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and system configurations
- Create and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
- Troubleshoot system issues and support business users
- Support data imports, integrations, and system improvements
- Test NetSuite releases, enhancements, and configuration changes
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration, including troubleshooting system issues and supporting business users
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, customization, and standard functionality
- Experience managing users, roles, permissions, and access controls
- Proficiency in saved searches, reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom records, with familiarity with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and CSV imports and exports
- Understanding of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and procurement
- Basic knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x, experience with OneWorld, SuiteAnalytics, and integrations, NetSuite Administrator certification, and familiarity with release management and sandbox testing would be advantages
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
- Availability to work 13:00–21:00 CET/CEST
