IF YOU ARE
- Showing at least 3-year relevant experience in the field
- Qualified with a Master's degree in Law
- Specializing in contract law, and intellectual property law
- Flexible, accustomed to working under pressure and with various audiences
- Dedicated to project and client to meet the expected results
- Effective as a team player
- A skilled communicator and presenter
- Fluent in English at the B2 level
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work both in the Lviv office and remotely
- Provide accurate and timely advice on a variety of legal topics
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- Communicate and negotiate with internal and external parties
- Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal papers
- Clarify legal language or specifications
- Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
