About the role
In this role, you will serve as a communication bridge between the Global DevOps Practice and regional organizations, enabling effective cross-cultural collaboration, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring consistent execution of global initiatives across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives and translate them into DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud, and AI transformation strategies
- Contribute to the growth and visibility of the Global DevOps Practice through thought leadership, community development, conference participation, and consulting enablement
- Lead and support discovery workshops, consulting engagements, assessments, and advisory initiatives for strategic customers
- Define and communicate compelling value propositions that demonstrate measurable business outcomes of DevOps and AI-enabled services
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical teams to design customer-centric solutions
- Support implementation of DevOps and AI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals, delivery strategy, and technical execution
- Act as a trusted advisor during customer transformation programs, helping organizations improve engineering productivity, software delivery performance, operational excellence, and organizational maturity
- Participate in strategic customer engagements with large enterprise organizations, contributing consulting expertise throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, workshops, and strategic recommendations
Requirements
- Readiness to identify business challenges and translate them into technology transformation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive, business, and engineering organizations
- Outstanding communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Proven experience working within multicultural and globally distributed organizations
- Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication principles and international collaboration
- Readiness to influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Experience supporting pre-sales, customer workshops, executive briefings, and strategic consulting engagements
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, automation, and modern software delivery practices
- Practical experience applying Generative AI tools to improve engineering productivity and organizational effectiveness
- Openness to connect technical capabilities with measurable business outcomes and customer value
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in coordinating multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in speaking Spanish and English
