ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will transform complex or poorly structured materials into clear, professional, and visually engaging content. As part of the Technical Communication Practice at SoftServe, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the company to enhance documentation and presentations, supporting projects from pre-sale through delivery while improving content quality, structure, and usability to meet business needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Improve and refine underdeveloped designs and presentation materials
- Transform complex or poorly structured content into clear and polished deliverables
- Edit and enhance documents to improve readability, clarity, and consistency
- Structure and organize content for knowledge bases and documentation
- Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders and requestors
- Ensure information is presented effectively according to business needs
- Participate in different project stages, from pre-sale to closure
- Follow established corporate standards, workflows, and writing guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of technical communication fundamentals
- Proficiency in structuring and organizing complex information clearly
- Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to standards and processes
- Familiarity with IT industry terminology and concepts
- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Knowledge of plain English principles and international writing standards
- Strong English communication skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, responsible, and team-oriented mindset
