ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will manage and deliver infrastructure-related projects across a globally distributed data center environment. Working with a leading IT solutions provider, you will coordinate engineering, operations, and vendors to ensure reliable infrastructure delivery, capacity planning, and lifecycle initiatives across more than 10 data centers worldwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and data center projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and milestones are clearly defined and achieved
- Drive project ownership and delivery outcomes, mitigating risks and resolving dependencies that impact large-scale distributed infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, operations, vendors, and external partners across multiple regions and time zones
- Coordinate data center maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, and optimization initiatives from a delivery and execution perspective
- Plan, track, and report on project progress, dependencies, risks, and capacity constraints with clear communication to stakeholders
- Manage hardware procurement-related projects in collaboration with finance, vendors, and internal technical teams
- Support capacity planning, resource optimization, and infrastructure readiness initiatives
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues affecting delivery and compliance
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in technical project management, infrastructure delivery, or engineering coordination within enterprise environments
- Knowledge of data center hardware and infrastructure platforms, including Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, and similar technologies
- Hands-on understanding of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and ESXi
- Familiarity with network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs
- Experience working with ITSM or ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools
- Strong skills in planning, tracking timelines, managing dependencies, and handling delivery risks
- Coordinate work across multiple technical and operational teams in a global environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English during meetings, status updates, and written reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones in an organized and proactive manner
