ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will help redesign a key analytics platform used by investors and occupiers worldwide for a leading global real estate services provider. You will create AI-first solutions and intuitive data visualization experiences, delivering business value through collaboration with globally distributed teams across the US, EMEA, and India.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React, TypeScript, and Material UI to support the transformation of a strategic analytics platform
- Take ownership of feature delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality, and well-tested solutions that improve product performance and user experience
- Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers across multiple regions to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Build AI-first software solutions and incorporate tools such as Claude Code to enhance engineering productivity and development workflows
- Develop and support Python-based functionality, integrations, and services required by the platform ecosystem
- Implement advanced geospatial and data visualization capabilities using deck.gl and Mapbox to deliver interactive mapping experiences
- Integrate third-party platforms and services, including data solutions such as Snowflake, while ensuring reliability, maintainability, and security
- Participate in architectural discussions, share technical expertise, mentor team members, and contribute to continuous improvement following Agile principles
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript with commercial experience building modern frontend applications
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI-first software development approaches
- Solid experience with Python and practical understanding of full software development lifecycle practices
- Experience working with deck.gl, Mapbox, or similar geospatial and mapping technologies
- At least 2 years of experience with Material UI and building responsive user interfaces
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud platforms and cloud-based application development
- Experience integrating third-party services and data platforms such as Snowflake
- Understanding of statistics will be an advantage
- Strong teamwork, proactive communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and confident English for collaboration in a multicultural environment
