ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Supply Chain Consultant, you will help global organizations improve and transform their supply chains through data, technology, and innovation. As part of SoftServe's Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will work with Fortune 500 clients to solve complex business challenges, optimize operations, and design technology-enabled solutions across planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze supply chain processes, business challenges, and operational needs to identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation
- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions, and assessments to understand client objectives and define solution approaches
- Collaborate with business and technology experts to design practical, value-driven solutions across supply chain functions
- Translate business needs into requirements, recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices to support client innovation initiatives
- Contribute to the development of solution offerings, accelerators, and thought leadership assets within Supply Chain consulting
- Support business development and pre-sales activities, including client presentations, workshops, and opportunity qualification
- Partner with architects, consultants, product managers, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation and business outcomes
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Consulting, Operations, or Transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of one or more supply chain domains, including planning, procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or fulfillment
- Understanding of how digital technologies can improve supply chain performance, visibility, decision-making, and operational efficiency
- Familiarity with modern Supply Chain and ERP platforms such as SAP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Associates, Logility, or similar solutions
- Awareness of emerging technologies and trends, including AI, advanced analytics, automation, digital twins, IoT, cloud platforms, and sustainability initiatives
- Experience participating in transformation, process improvement, operational excellence, or change management programs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage business and technology stakeholders
- Consulting mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships and contribute to client-facing discussions
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency
