IF YOU ARE
- A Senior Salesforce Administrator with 4+ years of experience and certifications in Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud
- Experienced in managing advanced flows, multi-step cross-object automation, and error handling
- Proficient in troubleshooting complex system issues and conducting high-level reviews of Apex code
- Skilled in data management operations, including large-scale data migrations and integrations
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce security best practices, including SSO, MFA, and encryption
AND YOU WANT TO
- Oversee and optimize Salesforce configurations and troubleshoot complex issues
- Manage deployment processes using tools such as Change Sets, Git, and Copado
- Mentor junior and mid-level administrators, fostering skill development within the team
- Create detailed technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes
- Collaborate with clients to align Salesforce solutions with their business objectives
