IF YOU ARE
- An expert in C/C++ and Python programming, with at least 6 years of experience in software development
- A holder of an MSc or Ph.D. degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
- Experienced in developing AI-based robotics perception, computer vision, and/or Agentic systems
- Skilled in developing robotics simulation, preferably in the context of Synthetic Data Generation, Simulation-first robotics development, and Reinforcement Learning
- Knowledgeable in several of the following: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS/ROS2, simulation and rendering tools (Nvidia Issac, Bullet, Blender), object detection, segmentation and tracking, action planning, GenAI, Reinforcement and Imitation Learning, Natural Language Processing, Point Cloud/RGB-D data processing, GPU-accelerated computing
- Great in software architecture design, developing, and implementing complex and efficient algorithms
- Competent in Unix (Linux) systems, understanding networking, different communication protocols, and cloud services in the context of complex multi-robot systems and robot-cloud integration
- Versed in testing, continuous integration, MLOps, build and deployment, and monitoring of complex systems
- Highly attentive to details with strong analytical skills, mathematical foundation, and a problem-solving attitude
- A technology enthusiast who enjoys expanding their knowledge and sharing it with others
- Open and eager to travel for both short and long onsite projects
- A team player with great communication skills
- Having an upper-intermediate English level (both spoken and written)
AND YOU WANT TO
- Work with robots all over the world, both remotely and onsite, during business trips
- Design and develop solutions for various types of robots, including mobile robots, robotic arms, and drones
- Develop AI models based on the latest state-of-the-art
- Work with promptable and foundation models
- Build multiple rapid prototypes and production-ready solutions
- Test AI and robotics solutions in simulation and the real world
- Build Synthetic Data Generation pipelines and use them to solve real-world problems
- Build reinforcement and imitation learning pipelines
- Integrate robots with cloud services
- Design automated robotic AI systems to increase production and precision within specific industries
- Perform regular research of the latest trends and modern approaches in the robotics AI domain
