ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Program Manager, you will drive a large-scale industrial transformation initiative at the intersection of Industrial AI and heavy machinery. You will work within a strong leadership ecosystem, collaborating across engineering, AI, and business teams to shape digital twin, simulation, and automation solutions while ensuring measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive end-to-end program delivery within a Scrum of Scrums setup, ensuring alignment with the overall roadmap and consistent outcomes across multiple streams
- Own program outcomes by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring delivery of measurable business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, AI, and business stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery pace
- Coordinate cross-team activities, ensuring synchronization between parallel workstreams and transparent communication across leadership layers
- Utilize Azure DevOps to manage complex backlogs, track dependencies, and provide real-time program visibility to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain lean governance practices that enable agile teams while ensuring accountability and delivery discipline
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks across teams, translating ambiguity into structured execution plans
- Support on-site collaboration with client teams, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring solutions are grounded in real-world needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing complex, multi-stream programs
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in large-scale, multi-team environments
- Strong understanding of scaled agile frameworks such as Scrum of Scrums
- Experience working with industrial, AI, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively with peer-level stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to ambiguity and change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and readiness for business travel and on-site collaboration
