ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead delivery of complex, multi-stream projects across a globally distributed data center environment. Working with a leading IT solutions provider, you will own end-to-end project delivery — coordinating engineering teams while managing senior stakeholder relationships across regions. Beyond delivery, you will contribute to business growth through pre-sales and client engagement activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple parallel project workstreams simultaneously, ensuring each tracks against defined timelines, scope, and milestones
- Lead and develop a team of project coordinators and technical leads, providing direction, mentorship, and delivery accountability
- Own stakeholder relationships across client organizations and internal leadership, communicating project status, risks, and decisions with clarity and confidence
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and cross-team dependencies in large-scale distributed environments
- Plan and report on project progress, dependencies, risks, and resource constraints, providing executive-level visibility where required
- Facilitate project ceremonies, governance checkpoints, and client reviews
- Champion the use of AI-driven tools within the project delivery process, identifying opportunities to improve reporting, forecasting, and team productivity
- Support pre-sales activities including project scoping, effort estimation, and client-facing presentations alongside business development teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex technical or infrastructure projects in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage several parallel workstreams with competing priorities across distributed teams
- Experience managing larger project teams, with accountability for performance, coordination, and day-to-day direction
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging from working-level teams to senior client leadership
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools such as Jira or similar
- AI-oriented mindset, actively exploring or applying AI tools to improve delivery efficiency, project reporting, and decision-making
- Fluent English communication across meetings, status updates, and written reporting
- Ability to work across multiple time zones in an organized and proactive manner (overlap with 9-11 am PST)
- Technical background (as a significant advantage)
- Willingness and ability to undertake business travel, including international travel, based on project and customer needs (as a plus)
- Pre-sales experience, participating in client discovery, proposal preparation, or solution scoping (as a strong plus)
