ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead the delivery of Data and AI initiatives for a large-scale healthcare digital transformation program in the UAE. You'll drive end-to-end project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver AI-powered healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes, optimize healthcare services, and support compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Drive project discovery and planning by collaborating with stakeholders to define use cases, requirements, success metrics, and delivery roadmap.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure predictable delivery.
- Manage project execution, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, budgets, and resource allocation while maintaining transparent stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile delivery ceremonies and promote continuous improvement using Scrum practices and tools such as Azure Boards.
- Ensure project deliverables comply with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and organizational governance standards.
- Monitor delivery performance through project metrics, dashboards, and regular reporting, proactively identifying improvement opportunities.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and external vendors to support effective decision-making and delivery.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience managing Data and/or AI projects, preferably within the healthcare domain.
- Proven experience delivering Data and AI products from initiation through production release with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in project planning, delivery governance, scope, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data Science, Engineering, QA, Security/Compliance, and Operations.
- Practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as Azure Boards.
- Good understanding of AI/ML delivery principles, healthcare systems, and healthcare data.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and data privacy regulations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
