The AI and Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE) is SoftServe’s premier AI/ML hub, primarily based in Europe. With 170+ experts including data scientists, research analysts, MLOps engineers, ML and LLM architects, we cover the full AI lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment. In the last 3 years, we delivered 500+ AI projects, including over 300 focused on Generative AI, combining scale with measurable impact.

We are a 2025 NVIDIA Service Delivery Partner, 2025 Cisco AI Trailblazer, and maintain strong collaborations with Google Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft, ensuring our teams always work with cutting-edge tools and technologies. We also lead Gen AI Lab, our internal innovation engine focused on applied research and cross-functional collaboration in Generative AI.

In 2026, a key area of innovation is productionalization of Agentic AI — where we design and deploy autonomous, collaborative agent systems capable of addressing complex, real-world challenges at scale for our clients and internally to generate business value

IF YOU ARE

• Educated with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Experienced with 3+ years building and deploying real-world machine learning solutions
• An expert with hands-on production experience on Databricks
• Proficient in Python and the core data science and machine learning ecosystem
• Skilled in developing, packaging, and integrating ML services into real applications
• Confident in designing and implementing robust ML pipelines using best practices
• Interested in autonomous AI systems, and familiar with decision-making algorithms, planning frameworks, or agentic tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar
• Accustomed to cloud-based AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiar with CI/CD/CT practices for machine learning systems
• Comfortable working with tools like MLflow, Langfuse, LangSmith, and Weights & Biases for evaluation and experiment tracking
• Knowledgeable in workflow orchestration tools such as Databricks Jobs/Workflows, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar
• Communicating in English at an upper-intermediate level or above

AND YOU WANT TO

• Work on cutting-edge ML applications involving NLP, RAG systems, and multi-modal models (text and image)
• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines – from data pipelines and infrastructure setup to model optimization
• Build LLMOps pipelines to enable model observability, reproducibility, and prompt versioning
• Design and develop agentic systems and orchestrate multi-agent workflows
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand use cases, gather requirements, and translate them into production-ready ML solutions
• Partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to support the full ML lifecycle – from experimentation to deployment
• Take part in productionizing large language models (LLMs) and other advanced AI models
• Enhance and support the ML infrastructure, including CI/CD, cloud setup, data stores, monitoring, and security
• Work as a consultant and tech expert using the latest ML tools on impactful projects with a flexible and supportive work environment
