About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, operating, and customizing SoftServe’s AI Agentic Suite to support code generation, validation, and continuous maintenance. This role is central to our Agentic SDLC, ensuring effective human-agent collaboration, consistent
quality of outputs, and delivery of production-ready software artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Design, test, and refine prompt stacks for coding, planning, testing, documentation, and other Agents related to the SDLC process
- Develop and manage AI-driven workflows (agentic pipelines) for code generation, using agents to produce functional code artifacts aligned with business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional One-Pizza Teams to turn business needs into agentic execution
- Own and operate the Generation phase of the SDLC, producing high-quality agent-driven outputs
- Prepare the inputs needed to run the agentic pipelines
- Test, use, and integrate into processes the code generation tools on the market
- Act as the human-in-the-loop to ensure outputs meet quality, compliance, and contextual standards
- Help scale the team's discovery process by capturing reusable prompt patterns, templates, and playbooks for future IE/AI collaboration
Requirements
- Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Experienced (3+ years) in building and deploying real-world applications
- Skilled in developing, packaging, and integrating applications (end-to-end cycle of development)
- Knowledgeable in workflow orchestration tools such as Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar
- Proficient in Java
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.) and code generation tools like Claude, WindSurf, GitHub Copilot
- Experienced with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiar with CI/CD/CT practices for machine learning systems
- Experience with preparation of roadmaps and detailed WBS
- Knowledge of prompt engineering principles and task structuring
- Configure multi-agent orchestration flows using frameworks like LangChain or similar
- Experience with vector DBs
- Curiosity and fluency in working with GenAI tools, prompt design, and generative workflows
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving ability
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher
