ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will serve as a trusted financial advisor to business and corporate leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis processes. You will support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, reporting, and recommendations while leading process improvements and ensuring the effectiveness of key finance operations across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage corporate and departmental budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive forecasting activities and provide accurate financial projections to support strategic planning
- Develop and maintain financial models, conduct what-if analyses, and support pricing decisions
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to management
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including SVPs, VPs, Senior Directors, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters
- Manage ongoing financial analytics and monitoring activities necessary to maintain an effective corporate finance system
- Initiate and lead process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance-related projects at corporate and departmental levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and implement financial solutions that support organizational goals
- Ensure effective execution and continuous improvement of assigned finance processes and responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis, finance management, business partnering, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of finance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and corporate finance principles
- Understanding of software development company business models and operational processes
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, personal effectiveness, and client-oriented mindset
- Professional certifications such as CIMA, ACCA, CFA, FMP, or similar are considered a strong advantage
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, drive process improvements, and collaborate effectively across teams
