About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating Azure-based cloud infrastructure, driving automation initiatives, and establishing DevOps best practices to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure on Microsoft Azure
- Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using modern automation tools
- Manage and support containerized environments and Kubernetes-based platforms, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, Product, and Architecture teams to define and implement cloud platform solutions
- Drive infrastructure governance, cloud standards, and operational best practices across the project
- Identify infrastructure risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Participate in architectural discussions and platform-level technical decisions
- Mentor team members and promote DevOps culture, automation, and engineering excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience designing and operating cloud-native and distributed systems
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and release automation practices
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
- Experience managing and supporting cloud infrastructure in production environments
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and governance best practices
- Experience supporting highly available, scalable, and resilient systems
