IF YOU ARE
- Experienced with 3+ years working as a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineer, building and maintaining production infrastructure
- Skilled in Linux administration, using command-line tools to debug services, manage servers, and configure networking (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTPS)
- Proficient with Kubernetes, managing clusters and deployments using Helm in self-managed environments
- Experienced in building CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins to automate testing and deployments
- Knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure, working with services such as IAM, VPC, load balancers, compute, object storage, and network security components
- Experienced in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to provision and manage scalable systems
- Familiar with configuration management tools such as Salt, Chef, or Puppet to maintain system consistency
- Capable of implementing monitoring and logging solutions using tools such as Prometheus or Elasticsearch to track system health
- Skilled in scripting with Python, Bash, or Shell to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
- Analytical, proactive, and effective in communication, collaborating with teams, solving problems, and adapting quickly to new technologies
AND YOU WANT TO
- Collaborate with a LATAM-based DevOps team supporting cloud platforms for global clients
- Design, scale, and optimize high-availability infrastructure to support production workloads
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and escalation processes to ensure system reliability and performance
- Build and improve infrastructure automation using Terraform and configuration management tools
- Manage Kubernetes environments and deploy applications using Helm in production systems
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Support hybrid infrastructure by integrating cloud and on-premises environments
- Apply DevOps and DevSecOps practices to improve system security and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders on system improvements and cloud migration projects
- Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives across the platform
