The Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) Center of Excellence at SoftServe brings together domain consultants, solution architects, data specialists, and engineering experts who design and deliver innovative digital solutions for healthcare providers, life sciences companies, medtech organizations, and healthtech platforms. Our teams work across the entire transformation lifecycle — from industry consulting, business architecture, and solution design to proof-of-concept and enterprise-scale implementation.

We hold top-level partnership statuses with all major cloud providers and collaborate with technology partners such as AWS, GCP, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and others.

Currently, we are collaborating with client, a leading patient-centric healthcare technology company that connects pharmacies, payers, and pharmaceutical companies across the US through digital patient engagement and clinical pharmacy solutions. Their platform supports a network of more than 48,000 pharmacies and over 70 million patients, enabling medication therapy management, pharmacy workflow optimization, and improved patient adherence to treatment.

IF YOU ARE

  • Having at least 3+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in business analysis
  • Experienced in the healthcare industry, with understanding of operational environment and challenges
  • Knowledgeable in SDLC and requirements lifecycle management
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation, documentation, prioritization, validation, and change management
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders, discovering needs, and identifying opportunities for transformation and scope expansion
  • Analytical and problem-solving, evaluating information from multiple sources and resolving conflicts
  • Systemic, with strong research skills and fast learning ability, detail-oriented and results-focused
  • Adaptable to changing conditions and feedback
  • Proactive in identifying client challenges and translating them into solution improvement opportunities
  • Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment (at least upper-intermediate strong level)
  • Aware of healthcare regulations, standards, and operational practices (is not a must)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Identify operational inefficiencies, constraints, and improvement opportunities within client environments
  • Conduct industry informed analysis of client processes, workflows, and operational practices
  • Provide domain context to delivery teams to ensure solutions align with real world healthcare requirements
  • Validate that proposed solutions meet industry standards, regulations, and operational expectations
  • Support the client in defining the desired future state of processes and business capabilities
  • Identify and document business requirements for solution components and capabilities
  • Advise teams on industry trends, best practices, and operational realities relevant to the solution
  • Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations based on business and industry context
  • Verify requirements with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with business needs and solution objectives
  • Define scope boundaries using functional decomposition, use cases, and related techniques
  • Maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build deep understanding of assigned accounts, including organizational structure, stakeholders, priorities, and strategic objectives
  • Continuously identify client challenges and opportunities to expand value delivered to the client and support account growth
