About the role
In this role, you will help delivery teams adopt Artificial Intelligence in the way they analyze, specify, and build software. You will shape agentic SDLC practices, set up AI governance on projects, and bring that expertise into discovery and pre-sale engagements with clients. Your work will directly influence how teams deliver and how measurable that improvement is.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current delivery and requirements processes, identifying where agentic AI tooling can replace manual effort and improve throughput and quality
- Own the design and rollout of agentic SDLC practices on delivery projects, from tool configuration to adoption metrics that prove measurable impact
- Collaborate with delivery leads, architects, AI specialists, and business stakeholders to align solution approaches with real project constraints
- Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders to uncover their needs, pain points, and readiness for AI, then translate findings into concrete adoption roadmaps
- Guide clients through AI adoption and implementation, advising on where AI delivers value and how to embed it into their teams and processes
- Build hands-on AI assets for the practice, including reusable skills, prompts, sub-agent configurations, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Set up AI governance on projects, defining usage guardrails, data-handling rules, and quality checkpoints for AI-generated artifacts
- Take on hands-on business analysis work directly on delivery projects when the engagement requires it
- Define and track metrics for AI-driven improvement, turning adoption into evidence of productivity and quality gains
- Mentor business analysts and contribute to Center of Excellence training, playbooks, and knowledge assets
Requirements
- Extensive business analysis background, with 5+ years across complex enterprise environments and full-cycle software delivery
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI tooling, e.g., applying tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to real delivery work
- Strong command of requirements elicitation, specification, and process analysis techniques
- Practical experience designing AI usage guardrails, data-handling rules, and quality checks for AI-generated artifacts
- Solid understanding of how large language models, prompting, and agent architectures behave in delivery contexts
- Proven exposure to discovery or pre-sale activities, shaping scope and use cases with client stakeholders
- Confident facilitation and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
- Analytical, evidence-driven mindset with the ability to define and defend metrics
- Comfortable working proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) to run client sessions and produce documentation
