ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will contribute to building scalable cloud-based data solutions and data processing pipelines on AWS. You will work on modern data and AI-related initiatives, supporting the development of reliable data platforms and processing frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment. This role offers opportunities to work with emerging technologies and experiment with new approaches to solving complex data challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing pipelines and cloud-based data solutions on AWS
- Build and optimize data workflows using Python and SQL
- Develop solutions supporting large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and analytics workloads
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions
- Support batch and streaming data processing initiatives across different data domains
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of data platforms and engineering practices
- Explore and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and approaches to improve solution quality and efficiency
- Contribute to the full project lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to production implementation
- Collaborate within distributed teams and actively share knowledge and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Big Data, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience developing data solutions on the AWS cloud platform
- Experience designing and building scalable data pipelines and data processing solutions
- Knowledge of batch and streaming data processing concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Experience with video, image, or audio processing pipelines for AI applications is a plus
- Experience with IoT data platforms and data processing solutions is a plus
- Familiarity with NVIDIA technologies, GPU-accelerated computing, or AI infrastructure is a plus
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
