ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will bridge sales and delivery by shaping SAP S/4HANA solutions that address complex client needs from early engagement through to executable design. You will help clients navigate uncertainty in transformation programs, defining realistic roadmaps and aligning business and technical stakeholders.
A key challenge will be balancing innovative solutioning with practical feasibility, ensuring proposals can be successfully delivered. You will contribute to a variety of initiatives, from full SAP implementations and S/4HANA modernization to technical assessments and advisory work. As part of a team recognized as an SAP Silver Service Partner since 2021, your work will directly impact client trust, solution quality, and deal success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support SAP sales opportunities by shaping clear, competitive, and delivery-ready solution approaches
- Prepare detailed estimations, high-level designs, and proposal inputs aligned with client needs and expectations
- Lead discovery conversations and fit-to-standard workshops to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities
- Contribute to RFP and RFI responses with structured, compelling, and technically sound content
- Create and deliver impactful client presentations that communicate solution value, approach, and differentiation
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and architecture teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and execution capabilities
- Position SAP services across S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integrations, data and analytics, AMS, and end-to-end transformation programs
- Drive solution design discussions, ensuring feasibility, scalability, and alignment with SAP best practices
- Support deal shaping by validating assumptions, identifying risks, and defining timelines and staffing models
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by confidently engaging both business and technical audiences throughout the presales lifecycle
- Willingness to travel across Europe for up to 50% of the time
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of overall SAP experience
- At least 5+ years in SAP S/4HANA delivery across greenfield, brownfield, or selective transformation programs
- Strong SAP delivery background with hands-on involvement in implementations, migrations, and transformation initiatives
- Confidence in supporting presales activities including proposal development, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and solution shaping
- Skills in translating business needs into practical, scalable SAP solutions aligned with client expectations and delivery realities
- Experienced in leading or supporting discovery sessions, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution design discussions
- Skills to develop solution roadmaps, define delivery approaches, and contribute to staffing models and pricing inputs
- Proficiency in engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, including executive-level communication and presentations
- Knowledge of SAP functional or solution architecture areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
- Familiar with SAP BTP, integrations, data and analytics solutioning, and modern SAP ecosystem capabilities
- Understanding implementation methodologies such as SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid approaches, including delivery risks and mitigation strategies
- Experience in collaborating with sales, delivery teams, and alliance partners such as SAP or hyperscale’s
- Background as a Solution Architect, Delivery Lead, or Senior Functional/Technical Consultant transitioning into presales
- Balance of commercial thinking with delivery feasibility to create realistic and executable solutions
