ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for global clients. As part of SoftServe’s Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will work with experienced architects, engineers, and consultants to solve challenging business problems and drive measurable client outcomes through scalable, well-architected implementations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and architect Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that align with client business goals and marketing strategies while ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability
- Own end-to-end delivery of Marketing Cloud implementations, improving platform performance, data quality, and customer engagement outcomes
- Collaborate closely with clients, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
- Lead technical discovery sessions, client workshops, and solution design discussions, including proof-of-concept development and technical estimations
- Build and optimize complex data models, multi-BU architectures, and automation frameworks using Automation Studio, SQL, and DESelect
- Optimize overloaded or legacy Salesforce environments by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best-practice solutions
- Plan and execute data migrations, ensuring data integrity, correct sequencing, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Support pre-sales activities, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Salesforce CoE
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce consulting and implementation with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Deep expertise in Marketing Cloud tools, including Automation Studio, SQL, and DESelect
- Salesforce Developer or Architect certification plus at least two additional certifications, such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and email marketing best practices
- Experience designing complex data models, multi-BU setups, and scalable automation frameworks
- Background in optimizing legacy or heavily customized Salesforce environments
- Proficiency in leading client-facing workshops, communicat-ing technical concepts clearly, and working effectively in cross-functional teams
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for daily collaboration with international clients
