Project Manager (ServiceNow)

About the role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of ServiceNow projects within our growing practice, initially focusing on Source-to-Pay implementations. You will also have the opportunity to work across a broader range of ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Finance, and Operations to track project performance, support decision-making, and ensure efficient, high-quality delivery while working closely with international clients and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery governance across ServiceNow implementation and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments
  • Partner with Delivery, Finance, Operations, and Client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage resource allocation, staffing updates, capacity planning, and demand forecasting using Workday and related planning tools
  • Own project financials: budgets, forecasts, invoicing readiness, and revenue tracking
  • Administer Statements of Work (SOW) and support contract lifecycle processes
  • Produce executive-grade project status reports, delivery dashboards, and performance metrics for client and internal leadership audiences
  • Track and actively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, driving mitigation rather than documentation alone
  • Drive adherence to ServiceNow delivery methodology, governance standards, and operational best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management, PMO, or delivery operations experience on enterprise technology programs
  • Demonstrated experience delivering or directly supporting a minimum of 5 ServiceNow projects
  • Completion of the ServiceNow Technical Project Manager Learning Path or equivalent ServiceNow project delivery certification
  • CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation methodology, delivery lifecycle, governance frameworks, and platform best practices
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow release management, platform upgrades, and enterprise governance processes
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Source-to-Pay is required for this role; broader ServiceNow module experience across ITSM, SecOps, IRM, AI Control Tower, or SPM is a strong advantage as the role will expand across the full practice over time
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, resource planning, forecasting, and delivery governance principles
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and operational reporting processes
  • Fluent, professional English, written and verbal, required for this role regardless of work location
