ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead strategic cloud transformation programs for a global enterprise client, working across multi-cloud initiatives and hyperscaler partnerships. You'll play a key role in shaping commercial engagement models, building trusted client and partner relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact business initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead program delivery across multiple cloud migration and infrastructure workstreams within a strategic enterprise account, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Structure, negotiate, and manage partnership-type and commercial deals (co-funded, joint-investment, fixed-price, high-ownership, or hyperscaler partnership structures with AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar), owning the commercial and operational aspects of these arrangements
- Own delivery governance, proactively managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and performance metrics to maintain predictable outcomes and account health
- Build and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and cloud partner representatives, acting as a trusted partner and aligning delivery execution with evolving business priorities
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams across multiple cloud migration and multicloud assessment initiatives to drive successful execution
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, project management practices, and governance frameworks as the account scales
- Support account growth through strategic planning, partnership opportunity identification, and collaboration with delivery and business development stakeholders
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across the growing portfolio, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven Program Manager experience, ideally managing multi-project, multi-workstream portfolios for enterprise clients
- Proven hands-on experience in structuring and managing partnership-type and commercial deals (e.g., co-funded, fixed-price, high-ownership, or hyperscaler partnerships such as AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Comfortable working across cloud migration and infrastructure programs
- Strong expertise in program governance, delivery management, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and stakeholder communication
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches
- Strong client and partner relationship management skills, including partnership with senior stakeholders across client and cloud-provider organizations
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to facilitate discussions, negotiate priorities, and present to customer and partner stakeholders
- Technical background in cloud/infrastructure, with cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure) – nice to have
