$158,000.00 - $238,000.00

ABOUT THE JOB

The AWS Partner Sales, Associate Director is a strategic partner sales role that leads high-value relationships across a region or with specific top-tier partners. The Associate Director co-builds pipeline, aligns strategically with partners, and works with marketing on co-marketing initiatives to drive results through influence. Key focus areas include leading co-selling motions at scale, executing joint sales plays, influencing internal sales teams, and providing regular performance analysis and field feedback.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Architect and execute strategic joint sales plays and campaigns with top-tier partners to create new revenue streams and increase market penetration in key segments
  • Manage the partner pipeline forecasting process and track performance for the region, providing accurate data to leadership for strategic decision-making and resource allocation
  • Identify and pursue cross-regional revenue opportunities with global partners to leverage successes and scale the partnership's impact across the business
  • Own and cultivate strategic, multi-level partner relationships across designated regions or industries to drive deep alignment and unlock long-term, scalable growth
  • Participate in partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and field alignment meetings to ensure strategies are on track and to identify new opportunities

Partner Strategy & Enablement at Scale

  • Lead partner enablement, training, and co-sell programs at scale to elevate the capabilities of the entire partner ecosystem
  • Develop and deliver structured, scalable enablement plans for priority partners and internal sales teams to build a self-sufficient and highly productive partner ecosystem
  • Assess co-selling readiness programs and partner solution positioning to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Advocate for partner needs and field engagement requirements internally, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and recognized for their contributions
  • Share actionable insights from the field with marketing and product teams to influence the development of more effective sales content and partner messaging.
  • Track and report on the impact of enablement efforts on the partner-influenced pipeline and revenue to demonstrate ROI and justify investments

REQUIREMENTS

  • 6–10 years in partner sales, alliances, or business development with success driving partner-led growth and joint business plans
  • Strong relationship management, go-to-market strategy, and alignment of partnerships to business objectives
  • Financial acumen with ability to build business cases, analyze performance, and manage programs at scale
  • Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder influence
  • Experience leading teams, driving performance, and collaborating cross-functionally and globally
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
  • Certifications: Partner/alliance credentials (e.g., CSAP, AWS, Microsoft) preferred but not required

This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on some factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $158,000 – $238,000 annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range. If the role is eligible for a variable pay plan, this would be considered separately and may provide additional earnings beyond the base salary range reflected here.
