Partner Marketing Program Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will drive the planning, measurement, and optimization of partner marketing programs by delivering actionable business insights, performance visibility, and operational excellence. You will leverage reporting, analytics, financial oversight, and program management practices to enable informed decision-making and maximize the effectiveness of partner marketing investments. Working across Partner Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will help improve program outcomes, accountability, and strategic alignment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards that improve visibility into partner marketing performance while collaborating with Partner Marketing Managers and business stakeholders
  • Analyze campaign, pipeline, and revenue data to identify optimization opportunities, reduce performance risks, and provide actionable recommendations alongside Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
  • Create Monthly Business Reviews, strategic insights, and performance frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making in partnership with Partner Marketing Managers and leadership stakeholders
  • Track and reconcile partner marketing budgets, investments, and funding utilization across campaigns, programs, and partner initiatives
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, events, and strategic programs
  • Ensure lead capture, attribution tracking, and reporting accuracy across systems to provide meaningful insights into campaign influence and business outcomes
  • Identify process gaps and implement scalable workflows, documentation, and operational best practices that increase efficiency, accountability, and program consistency
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to maintain partner marketing plans, funding compliance, and alignment with business objectives

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced experience with marketing analytics, business analysis, program management, marketing operations, or related disciplines
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboard creation, performance metrics, and business intelligence tools
  • Strong knowledge of marketing metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, pipeline influence, and ROI measurement
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or similar CRM and analytics solutions
  • Advanced experience with marketing budget tracking, partner funding programs, financial reporting processes, or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Proven experience translating complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven effectiveness in written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration
