NVIDIA Solutions Consultant (Manufacturing)

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to manufacturing clients, helping them drive digital transformation across the value chain. You will bridge business challenges with innovative solutions leveraging AI, Digital Twins, Robotics, Computer Vision, Simulation, and Advanced Analytics to improve operational performance and business outcomes.

You will collaborate with business leaders, architects, and delivery teams to define transformation strategies, develop business cases, and accelerate the adoption of emerging technologies.

This is a US-based role with an anticipated base salary range of $200,000–$250,000 annually.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted business and technology advisor to manufacturing clients throughout their digital transformation journey
  • Partner with stakeholders across engineering, production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and supply chain operations to understand business goals and operational challenges
  • Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and executive discussions to identify opportunities for operational improvement and innovation
  • Evaluate current-state manufacturing processes, systems, and operating models to uncover optimization and transformation opportunities
  • Develop business cases, ROI models, value frameworks, and success metrics that support technology adoption initiatives
  • Recommend and shape solutions leveraging Digital Twins, Robotics, Computer Vision, Simulation, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Physical AI, Edge Computing, and Advanced Analytics
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into solution concepts and implementation roadmaps
  • Support proofs of concept, pilot programs, innovation initiatives, and value realization planning
  • Act as the voice of the client throughout solution design, validation, and delivery activities
  • Guide customers on emerging manufacturing technologies, industry trends, and best practices
  • Contribute to executive presentations, strategic discussions, and client-facing workshops
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Support solution adoption, organizational change initiatives, and transformation execution
  • Contribute to reusable consulting frameworks, industry assets, and thought leadership initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrial operations, production planning, robotics, maintenance, supply chain, manufacturing consulting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational KPIs, and industry challenges
  • Experience advising clients on digital transformation, operational excellence, and technology-enabled modernization initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Digital Twins, Robotics, Computer Vision, AI/ML, Simulation, Optimization, Advanced Analytics, or related technologies
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Experience developing business cases, ROI analyses, value assessments, and transformation roadmaps
  • Proficiency in translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and strategic recommendations
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working collaboratively with solution architects, engineers, product teams, and delivery organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience with Industrial IoT, Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Engineering, or cloud-based manufacturing solutions is a plus
  • Relevant industry, cloud, AI, or manufacturing certifications are a plus
