Middle Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles-sourcing talent, screening candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals. You’ll contribute to SoftServe’s Talent Acquisition team, helping build strong talent pipelines and delivering the right specialists to support business growth. Within the team, you will manage vacancies with growing independence while collaborating closely with recruiters and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles by executing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination activities, ensuring consistent progress of hiring pipelines
  • Drive timely hiring outcomes by organizing and advancing recruitment stages, reducing delays and supporting effective decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers by conducting intake discussions to clarify role requirements, align expectations, and ensure shared understanding of candidate criteria
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers by summarizing candidate insights and evaluation results, supporting informed selection decisions
  • Build candidate pipelines for assigned roles by applying proactive sourcing techniques, ensuring continuous candidate flow
  • Adjust sourcing approaches based on market response and stakeholder feedback, improving pipeline effectiveness and candidate relevance
  • Manage candidate communication throughout recruitment stages by maintaining engagement and transparency, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Guide candidates through recruitment process steps by setting expectations and providing updates, reducing drop-offs and delays
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data in internal systems by consistently updating records, ensuring reliable reporting and compliance
  • Apply recruitment standards and policies during hiring activities, supporting governance, process consistency, and operational quality

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery with around 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment direction
  • Practical experience with proactive sourcing strategies and talent market research in Ukraine to build and maintain candidate pipelines
  • Solid knowledge of structured candidate screening, assessment, and evaluation techniques to support effective selection decisions
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data management to ensure accurate reporting and compliance
  • Practical experience with stakeholder communication and alignment with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing candidate interactions with clarity, professionalism, and inclusivity
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment activities simultaneously
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and execution efficiency
  • English level intermediate or higher
