ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will build a key module within a large-scale healthcare SaaS ecosystem used by medical practices and patients across the US. You will own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features, contribute to modernization initiatives across legacy and modern technologies, and help build secure, HIPAA-compliant solutions that support critical healthcare workflows.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deliver full-stack features across .NET, Angular, and Azure-based services, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards
- Own implementation outcomes from requirements clarification through release, helping improve product quality, maintainability, and user experience
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, Designers, and technical leaders to validate requirements, identify risks, and define effective solutions
- Analyze complex initiatives that span multiple applications, services, and integrations, documenting decisions and technical approaches
- Review, test, and maintain code across modern and legacy technologies, contributing to ongoing platform modernization efforts
- Investigate production issues using observability tools, identify root causes, implement fixes, and support successful resolution
- Apply security, auditability, and HIPAA compliance principles, ensuring proper handling of PHI and responsible data management practices
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation while maintaining full accountability for solution quality
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8+, C#, REST APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework Core
- Solid frontend development expertise with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, SCSS, NgRx, and Angular Signals
- Practical experience working with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, and Azure App Configuration
- Familiarity with legacy environments, including .NET Framework and AngularJS applications
- Experience with automated testing using xUnit, Jest, Jasmine, integration testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring practices using tools such as Datadog and product analytics platforms
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and proactively move work forward with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and confidence working with evolving or incomplete requirements
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
