ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you’ll be involved across the full software development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to production deployment—while building and enhancing REST-based integrations.
You’ll play a key part in improving existing products, developing new features and internal banking solutions, and supporting clients with reliable, high-performance systems. Working in a fully Agile environment, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, contribute ideas for continuous improvement, and build strong client relationships to ensure successful delivery aligned with business goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop robust backend solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot, leveraging REST APIs for seamless system integration
- Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to production deployment and post-release support
- Enhance and maintain existing products while delivering new features, improving performance, and building innovative internal banking solutions
- Proactively contribute ideas to improve products, processes, and development workflows
- Collaborate within a fully Agile environment, actively participating in all Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives)
- Partner closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure effective, scalable solution delivery
REQUIREMENTS
- Java 11/17, Java Spring, and Spring Boot expertise
- REST and REST API development familiarity
- Microservices architecture proficiency using industry-standard technologies
- Relational databases and SQL knowledge
- AWS cloud proficiency
- Strong analytical mindset
- Team-oriented and detail-focused approach
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies
- Cross-functional communication skills with intermediate English proficiency
- Angular and Kafka experience as a valuable asset
