ABOUT THE ROLE
You will join a distributed engineering team delivering IoT solutions across embedded, edge, and cloud-connected systems. This role focuses on building reliable software for Linux- and RTOS-based devices while adapting to diverse projects and hardware platforms. You will contribute to technically challenging products and grow through hands-on work in modern IoT environments
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop embedded and edge software using C++ for Linux- and RTOS-based devices, ensuring performance and stability
- Take ownership of features and improvements, optimizing software efficiency and maintainability across projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers
- Enable communication between devices and cloud platforms using modern networking protocols and architectures
- Build, test, and deploy containerized applications using Docker and CI/CD pipelines
- Perform peer code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve quality and consistency
- Work with hardware platforms such as ARM and x86, adapting solutions to specific system constraints
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimations, and continuous team improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of commercial experience in C++ development
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems and understanding of OS fundamentals
- Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, MQTT, DDS, CAN
- Experience in Docker and containerized environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, build systems, and version control tools like Git
- Basic understanding of computer vision concepts
- Exposure to Python or C# is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Motivation to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level for effective communication in a multicultural environment
