ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise integrations supporting healthcare technology systems. You will work with Workato and modern integration patterns to maintain seamless data flow across cloud and on-premise environments. Your contribution will directly support business continuity, system stability, and high-quality service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor, support, and maintain Workato integration workflows, recipes, and connectors in production environments
- Investigate and resolve integration incidents, data synchronization issues, API failures, and workflow disruptions
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and improve integrations
- Support API integrations between cloud and on-premise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and related technologies
- Handle change requests, minor enhancements, configuration updates, and deployment activities
- Monitor integration performance, logs, alerts, and system health to ensure SLA compliance
- Participate in on-call support rotations and incident management processes when required
- Maintain technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge base articles, and operational runbooks
- Assist with environment setup, testing, release validation, and post-deployment support
- Work closely with security and compliance requirements, especially within healthcare-related environments
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in integration support, middleware support, or enterprise application support
- Hands-on experience with Workato platform (administration, support, or development) or a similar platform
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth, JWT), and integration patterns
- Experience troubleshooting REST/SOAP integrations and handling JSON/XML payloads
- Familiarity with log analysis, monitoring tools, and incident management processes
- Basic scripting or automation skills using JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices for integration deployments
- Workato certifications (considered an advantage)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing support environment
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving approach
