About the role
As a Middle Frontend Engineer, you'll build and enhance user-facing features for both the core web application and custom client solutions. You'll collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, QA Engineers, Product Manager, Developers, and another vendor to deliver high-quality software. AI-assisted development is a core part of our engineering workflow, and you'll use modern AI tools daily to accelerate development, improve code quality, and deliver better solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features using React.js and TypeScript
- Build maintainable web applications
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs
- Collaborate with another vendor to deliver business value
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Use AI-powered development tools as a core part of your daily workflow for implementation, debugging, code reviews, testing, documentation, and technical research
- Identify and resolve technical challenges while ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Commercial experience developing web applications with React.js and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and frontend engineering best practices
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Basic knowledge of Node.js
- Proficiency in working independently while collaborating effectively within sub-teams
- Comfortable using AI-powered development tools as a core part of the software development lifecycle to improve productivity and code quality
- Interest in staying up to date with modern AI capabilities and incorporating them into software development and engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software
