Martech & Database Marketing Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing Database & MarTech Lead, you will take ownership of the marketing data foundation that powers SoftServe’s digital customer journey. You will join the Global Marketing Digital & MarTech Center of Excellence, working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and IT to ensure data quality, automation, and governance enable measurable business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and evolve the marketing database and lead lifecycle operations, ensuring accurate, scalable, and compliant contact and company data across systems
  • Design, maintain, and optimize HubSpot end-to-end, including campaigns, workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and Sales Hub alignment
  • Drive data quality standards through cleansing, enrichment, segmentation rules, and ongoing monitoring to improve conversion and attribution accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, CRM, Analytics, IT, and Data Governance teams to translate business needs into automation logic and governance processes
  • Manage and govern integrations with corporate and MarTech tools, ensuring reliable data sync, field mapping, and lifecycle alignment
  • Build and maintain workflow automation for lead routing, nurturing, scoring, and qualification to support Marketing and Sales efficiency
  • Identify, test, and implement AI-driven opportunities within the MarTech stack to enhance data operations and decision-making
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices to build shared knowledge and reduce key-person dependency

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience with marketing databases and CRM ecosystems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua
  • Strong expertise in lead lifecycle management, including scoring models, qualification, routing, and nurturing workflows
  • Practical experience with data quality management, cleansing, segmentation, automation, and system integrations
  • Solid understanding of B2B data structures, including contacts, companies, and related CRM objects
  • Experience representing Marketing in MarTech integrations, data governance, and cross-system alignment
  • Interest and practical curiosity in applying AI to marketing data and automation use cases
  • Proficiency in working independently, taking ownership, and documenting solutions clearly for team reuse
  • Upper-intermediate English level, and confidence in cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration
