IF YOU ARE
- Experienced in test automation with 5+ years of hands‑on quality engineering practice
- Skilled in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and strategies from the ground up
- Proficient in applying AI‑assisted tools to testing, analysis, and daily engineering activities
- Knowledgeable in establishing and maintaining test automation processes across projects
- Familiar with participating in pre‑sales activities, technical demos, and proposal preparation
- Capable of communicating with customer stakeholders and presenting technical solutions clearly
- Able to lead or mentor small teams within quality engineering or automation streams
- Detail‑oriented, self‑driven, and collaborative in cross‑functional environments
- Comfortable using English for daily work, documentation, and client communication
AND YOU WANT TO
- Test Agentic AI solutions involving autonomous behavior, reasoning workflows, and dynamic decision logic
- Analyze client ecosystems, tools, and delivery pipelines to define effective testing approaches
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using modern QA and AI‑enabled tooling
- Contribute to AI consulting engagements by improving system reliability and quality gates
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, researchers, and product owners across locations
- Participate in discovery workshops, pre‑sales discussions, and technical demonstrations
- Stay aligned with emerging AI testing practices and incorporate them into delivery standards
