We are Quality Engineering CoE Team. Mostly working in a quality consulting way, with the support of our delivery units and clients, starting from sharing our capabilities and practices, providing support in pre-sales, proposal preparation, project and process establishment, etc., and producing Gen AI practices for quality in general.

IF YOU ARE
- A specialist with 8+ years of experience as a Playwright + TypeScript, Java, C#, Python Test Automation Engineer
- Experienced in building Test Automation frameworks from scratch, API testing experience (Web, Mobile, Service)
- Skilled in building Quality practices, especially in Test Automation and Gen AI
- Adept at supporting clients in service offering portfolio (pre-Sales, proposal, assessment, TA Vision & PoC, etc.)
- Aware of adapting generative AI models and language models like GPT for specific use cases
- Proficient in crafting effective prompts for AI models, optimizing responses from tools like ChatGPT, and integrating these models into workflows or systems
- Experienced in using GitHub Copilot or other GenAI coding assistants for code generation, debugging, and assisting in development tasks
- Understanding how to integrate coding assistants into coding environments to boost productivity
AND YOU WANT TO
- Scale Gen AI expertise and experience across company
- Actively participate in the Expert Services Offering pipeline with support provided to our delivery units and clients, such as assessment, discovery, proposal, PoC, etc. execution, and management depending
- Serve the needs of Delivery unit, or client's request in regards to services execution and Gen AI solutions
- Work closely with a project management team and clients
- Identify and build the best approaches for testing processes
- Build strong relationships with clients and Delivery Units
- Balance between Quality Consulting and Gen AI for building, presenting portfolio, and support
