ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce projects, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to achieve successful business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects independently, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Act as a Product Owner, defining product vision, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features to maximize business value
- Drive and coordinate cross-functional development teams across multiple workstreams to achieve a unified product vision and successful project outcomes
- Design and implement complex Salesforce data models and scalable automation solutions that support evolving business requirements
- Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities to identify business and technical needs
- Develop and present proof-of-concept solutions to validate proposed approaches and demonstrate solution capabilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to map business processes, manage escalations, and ensure overall project success
- Provide accurate technical estimations and contribute to solution architecture, implementation planning, and delivery strategy
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau, Einstein Analytics, and related tools to deliver actionable business insights
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation and consulting
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- At least two of the following Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce data models and scalable automation solutions
- Strong ability to conduct client workshops, develop proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions, and provide accurate technical estimations
- Expertise in advanced reporting and analytics, including Tableau and Einstein Analytics, is considered an advantage
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification and Salesforce Certified Architect credentials (or progress toward Architect certification) are considered a strong advantage
