IF YOU ARE

• Seasoned robotics professional with a proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex systems end-to-end
• Holding a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field (MSc or PhD strongly preferred)
• Deep expertise in robotics fundamentals, including control systems and state-of-the-art algorithms
• Advanced, production-grade experience in C++ and Python, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Strong ROS2 architectural mastery — capable of designing, structuring, and governing complex, multi-node systems used across multiple teams
• Demonstrated experience as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and driving alignment across cross-functional teams
• Proficient with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines supporting robotics deployment
• Proven ability to define and enforce engineering standards: testing, QA, code reviews, and best practices
• Capable of defining and governing system architecture across mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and multi-robot deployments
• Fluent in English at a professional / advanced level (spoken and written)
• Strategic mindset, balancing long-term architectural thinking with pragmatic, iterative delivery
• Hands-on experience with large-scale simulation environments such as Isaac Sim and Gazebo
• Comprehensive domain knowledge in SLAM, localization, mapping, path planning, sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, vision, radar, GPS), and robotic arm trajectory planning with MoveIt
• Architecture-level understanding of real-time systems, motor control, and electromechanical system design
• Familiarity with IoT, ARM-based development (e.g. STM32), RTOS, as well as PLC and SCADA systems at a system-integration level
• Experienced in owning or contributing to technical pre-sales, including demos, architecture reviews, and client workshops
• Exposed to regulatory, safety, or compliance frameworks relevant to autonomous systems

AND YOU WANT TO

• Define and govern system architecture across mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and multi-robot deployments
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, including branching strategies, code reviews, testing practices, and documentation
• Drive projects from rapid prototyping through to production-ready, high-reliability systems
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across hardware, software, and cloud integration streams
• Act as a technical mentor for senior and mid-level engineers
• Conduct technical interviews and shape hiring profiles and evaluation criteria
• Own the robot–cloud integration strategy, including telemetry, OTA updates, and fleet management
• Lead applied research initiatives and translate research outcomes into the product roadmap
• Stay ahead of the field by identifying emerging platforms, frameworks, and techniques before they become industry standards
• Represent the engineering organization in client-facing and executive-level discussions
• Support pre-sales activities through technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept delivery
