ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead product analysis for a functional stream within a multi-stream initiative at the intersection of heavy machinery, robotics, and industrial AI. You will translate complex physical system needs into clear software requirements, helping delivery teams build aligned, practical solutions. Working closely with product, architecture, and engineering stakeholders, you will shape backlog priorities and keep your stream connected to the broader technical vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own requirements discovery and definition for a dedicated functional stream
- Translate industrial automation and robotics use cases into clear functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Team Leads, and Scrum Masters to align priorities, feasibility, and delivery goals
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog in Azure DevOps, keeping user stories clear, refined, and ready for development
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria that cover software behavior and physical system interactions
- Define requirements for edge data ETL processes to support reliable data flow from machinery to processing systems
- Validate stream-specific solutions against the broader Physical AI, automation, and robotics architecture
- Support Scrum delivery by actively contributing to ceremonies, dependency management, and continuous backlog refinement
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience as a Product Analyst, with 3+ years in product analysis or a similar requirements-focused role
- Solid knowledge of Scrum methodology and hands-on experience managing delivery workflows in Azure DevOps
- Practical understanding of industrial automation, robotics software, Physical AI concepts, or edge data ETL pipelines
- Proven ability to translate complex system requirements into manageable user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with architects and engineering teams to assess feasibility and align product decisions with technical direction
- Familiarity with heavy machinery manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, AI, or manufacturing digital transformation projects
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations across client, business, and technical stakeholders
- Collaborative and proactive working style, with confidence navigating cross-stream dependencies and shared delivery goals
