ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of service management and AI governance systems that support corporate IT services. You will help ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and the EU AI Act, while enabling service owners to maintain high-quality, audit-ready processes. You will work in a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on governance excellence and operational maturity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate governance activities across distributed teams in line with service management and AI standards
- Support service owners in meeting compliance requirements and reducing risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align roles, expectations, and deliverables
- Maintain ISO 20000-1 and ISO 42001 compliant systems and audit readiness
- Identify and mitigate risks in IT services and AI-related processes
- Improve governance processes using policies, standards, and best practices
- Support audit activities, including reviews, gap analysis, and tracking
- Promote awareness of governance standards and compliance requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in IT and at least 1 year in project management or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, ISO 20000 and ISO 42001 standards, and understanding of the EU AI Act
- Experience with risk management techniques and familiarity with IT audit processes
- Understanding of SDLC and experience working with project management frameworks
- Knowledge of ISO security standards and governance practices is an advantage
- Proficiency in coordinating distributed teams, including part-time contributors and virtual teams
- Strong communication and writing skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English for effective collaboration in a global environment
