ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will lead high-impact AI initiatives within SoftServe’s AI and Data Science Center of Excellence (CoE), collaborating with 190+ experts across the full AI lifecycle, from problem framing to deployment.
You will define technical direction and deliver scalable, production-grade solutions, including Generative and Agentic AI systems, leveraging partnerships with NVIDIA, Google Cloud, Amazon, and Microsoft.
Your work will drive innovation through initiatives like Gen AI Lab, shaping next-generation AI capabilities with measurable business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and delivery of advanced AI systems to solve complex business problems, improving performance and scalability while collaborating with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and stakeholders
- Define and drive technical vision for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and accelerating innovation across cross-functional teams
- Build and deploy production-ready AI/ML solutions, reducing operational risks and ensuring reliability through collaboration with MLOps and DevOps teams
- Advance Agentic AI capabilities by designing and implementing multi-agent systems that enable autonomy and real-world problem-solving
- Establish and optimize end-to-end AI development processes, from prototyping to deployment and continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide team members, embedding best practices in AI, MLOps, and engineering excellence
- Foster strong client relationships by identifying opportunities, shaping AI strategies, and delivering impactful solutions
- Contribute to thought leadership through technical publications, case studies, and participation in industry events
REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced experience with AI/ML solution delivery (6+ years), including leading technical teams and shipping production-grade systems
- Strong knowledge of at least two AI/DS domains such as Computer Vision, NLP, Speech Recognition, or Recommender Systems
- Advanced experience with Generative AI and agentic workflows, including hands-on implementation
- Strong knowledge of ML tools, frameworks, and platforms with proven deployment experience
- Advanced experience with cloud AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure, NVIDIA) and managed ML pipelines
- Proven ability to estimate, plan, and deliver complex AI projects on schedule
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
