Lead Brand Management Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will lead the end‐to‐end marketing strategy and execution for SoftServe University’s commercial learning solutions, driving awareness, demand, and revenue across B2B and B2C audiences. You will guide a marketing team, coordinate external partners, and collaborate across SoftServe to position learning as a high‐value offering for clients and internal talent, strengthening market presence and supporting sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, value proposition, and annual marketing plan for SoftServe University Commercial to position offerings competitively within the global EdTech and professional education market
  • Own marketing performance and revenue impact by driving qualified demand, improving funnel conversion from reach to MQL to enrollments, and optimizing campaign ROI through data-driven experimentation
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Owners, L&D, HR Marketing, and external partners to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign priorities with commercial objectives
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of 2–5 specialists, setting clear roles, KPIs, and OKRs while coaching team members and ensuring strong execution across campaigns and channels
  • Design and evolve the communication strategy and channel architecture across owned, paid, and earned media, orchestrating digital channels such as social platforms, paid advertising networks, email marketing systems, and CMS-driven websites
  • Drive performance marketing initiatives using analytics and marketing technology tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms) to track reach, MQLs, enrollments, and optimize acquisition strategies
  • Oversee the production of multimedia and educational marketing assets, including videos, animations, podcasts, and interactive learning content, coordinating work with internal studios and external production vendors
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecasting processes, allocating investments across campaigns and channels to maximize pipeline growth, enrollment outcomes, and measurable business impact
  • Source, brief, and manage marketing agencies and freelance specialists, negotiating scope, SLAs, and delivery timelines while ensuring quality and alignment with brand and campaign goals
  • Establish marketing governance practices, including OKRs, campaign calendars, workflows, and content standards, while ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection regulations such as GDPR in coordination with InfoSec and IMS teams

Requirements

  • Academic background with a BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing, including 5+ years in hands-on marketing roles across digital and demand generation activities
  • Proven leadership experience with 2+ years leading or mentoring marketing teams in a collaborative environment
  • Strong experience in B2B and B2C demand generation with a demonstrated record of driving measurable growth, ideally within EdTech or IT sectors
  • Hands-on expertise with digital marketing channels, content marketing strategies, and marketing performance analytics
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot for campaign execution and lead lifecycle management
  • Practical experience with web and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio for tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Strong experience in project leadership and vendor management across content production, media partners, and campaign delivery
  • Experience working in global or multi-regional environments with an understanding of regional market dynamics and priorities
  • Strong proficiency with content production tools and modern collaboration platforms used in distributed marketing teams
  • Comfortable working proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher in a global professional environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills applied to marketing planning and performance optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills when collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset combined with solid business acumen
  • People leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills in a multicultural environment
  • High adaptability and cross-cultural awareness when working across global teams and markets
  • Practical experience in marketing, learning, or educational products across multiple countries or regions (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with privacy and data protection regulations, such as GDPR, in marketing operations and campaign management (nice-to-have)
